The former chairman of the MPR and DPR RI (1997-1999), Harmoko, had Parkinson’s disease in 2010. This disease makes it difficult for Harmoko to walk and talk. Based on information from his friend, Harmoko also entrusted his handling to the SBNC RSU Bunda Jakarta. From Harmoko’s experience, RSU Bunda Jakarta provides many excellent and varied therapeutic walking and speech therapy methods.
“The SBNC team was on time. The therapist also gave me a lot of direction and suggestions regarding what I can do at home,” he said. In addition to the hospital, Harmoko also undergoes therapy at home with an advanced program (Home Program), starting from sitting to walking.
“Before the therapy, my legs were stiff. But now it’s getting better,” Harmoko said. Regarding service, Harmoko hopes that SBNC Bunda Jakarta Hospital will continue to provide the best service. “Services must be maintained and continuously improved,” explained the man who underwent physiotherapy for more than a year at RSU Bunda Jakarta.
