Morula is a technique of Assisted Reproduction by mating a certain number of sperm with eggs, placed in a cup containing a particular medium. The whole process is carried out outside the human body. Mating and conditioning between sperm cells and egg cells were carried out using culture media and carried out in the Embryology Laboratory.

Intra Cytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) technique is performed when the results of sperm analysis show that the quality and number of sperm is very minimal. For conception or marriage, human assistance is needed in this case, namely by injecting one sperm cell into one egg cell.

Incubation is carried out for several days to monitor the occurrence of normal fertilization to form an embryo which is then sprayed into the uterus, 2 or 3 days after the egg retrieval procedure is carried out.
